Function
Answer and respond to all DDI incoming calls to front desk. Assist callers, patients, visitors by routing or directing them to the appropriate person, department or facility.
Responsibilities
• Manage all incoming front desks calls
• Assists callers in identifying needs and then routing calls appropriately
• Keep an up to date contact list of departments, facilities and staff extensions. List to be circulated with appropriate departments when required
• Track phone calls and submit monthly report of number of calls received, department to which the call was transferred to and nature of calls
• Greet and guide visitors to front desk to the appropriate departments or offices
• Provide information of general nature to authorized requestors
• Aware of health and safety regulations and assists patients / guests during evacuation drills or emergency situations
• Perform other related duties as directed by the manager
Required Skills and Expertise:
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Basic computer skills
· Graduate / diploma holder in any discipline
Laboratory Technologist - Clinical Laboratory

Function
Performs Biochemical / hematological /microbiological analysis of blood and body fluids and reports the results in a timely manner. Performs analytical calibration, QC analysis aside from daily routine work
Responsibilities
- Analyze results/reports of the Quality Control System
- Adhere to lab safety and quality control measures
- Ensures that specimen integrity is maintained throughout the test procedure
- Carry out regular lab tests and other related assignments including lab reception work
- Checking the specimen result and correlate it with the written diagnosis
- Ability to identify test results that require the analysis to be repeated
- Performs lab work using the Laboratory Information System
- Performs a successful calibration and ensures Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures are followed
- Performs daily, weekly ,monthly or as required maintenance for lab equipment
- Assist in placing the units required supplies and reagents
- Assist in staff training and participate in teaching activities
- Ensures confidentiality of all patient information
- Work after hours in accordance to the bylaws and regulation as necessity may demand
- Work in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures of DDI Clinical Laboratory
- Maintain confidentiality of patient results
- Ensure that no record/result is utilized or leaves the lab without an authorized reason
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head of Unit
Required Skills and Expertise:
Education
- Authenticated bachelor degree in Microbiology /Biochemistry /Hematology or Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
- Certificate in Quality Control Management
Requirements
- Good knowledge on Microsoft word applications
- Knowledge of a range of advanced clinical laboratory procedures ,techniques, instruments and equipment
- Previous experience with similar machines used in DDI Lab
- Experience with lab accreditation program (CAP, ISO)
- Knowledge of the principles and procedures of clinical research
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
- Prior experience in Kuwait
- Experience with lab safety rules
Female Fitness Instructor - Medical Fitness Center

Function
Objective
To instruct and coach groups and individuals in varied exercise activities aiming to improve the health and wellbeing of all members.
Responsibilities
- Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations for use of exercise equipment and all MFC facilities (including the swimming pool) as well as participating in group exercise classes.
- Perform fitness assessment and design exercise prescription for members.
- Evaluate members ' abilities, needs, limitations, medical condition, and design appropriate exercise programs to meet any special requirements.
- Observe members during their exercise sessions and instruct them on proper form and technique to avoid injuries.
- Instruct members on how to maximize benefit from exercise routines based on member goals, as well as their medical condition, overall fitness level and general wellbeing.
- Design, plan and lead safe and effective group exercise classes and aqua classes.
- Monitor member progress and adapt exercise program as needed.
- Keep daily members records to document their vital signs, progress, as well as other pertinent notes and details.
- Participate in in-house and out-reach health promotion activities as assigned by supervisor in order to emphasize the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and MFC Manager.

Education
- A minimum of BSc. Degree in fitness- related field such as exercise science, physical education or kinesiology - or equivalent
- Life Guard training and certification
